For golfers visiting the Sedona area and do not wish to pay the high prices there may I suggest a visit to Cornville (15 Miles south). A fun golf course with nice greens. Not one sand trap on the course so easier than a normal resort type course.

One hour from Prescott. $60.00. Staff was nice, range ok, gas carts a little jerky. Greens were pretty good rest of the course needs a lot of maintance, a capital infusion of about $5 mil! While ther are no bunkers on the course there are many dry washes, several lakes, carries ,etc. We are bogie golfers, played white tees and... More

We are weekend golfers & far from "golf snobs", we like to play at different courses when traveling. This course was the most disappointing course where we ever played. The course wasn't maintained, staff unfriendly & the view was of homes all around the course. Do not play here when there are many great courses down the road all around... More

We played in the afternoon after 3PM at a reduced rate. The course was very dry but was in far shape. The greens were in very good shape and you could stop a shot. There are no sand traps and you had to play across some washes. Par 71 with all the par 3's are short. Good course for an... More

The golf course itself is quite an interesting track for location and money. The Pro Shop staff needs to learn to smile and be friendly.

Course is adjacent to timeshare property (Highlands Resort)...fun course with no bunkers, but a good challenge. Exception ally quick greens in great shape; fairways over seeded in great shape; rough dormant but very playable..Discount for resort guest, good value (except for Canadians with weak dollar)

We played on a very cold day and were not dressed appropriately so it was tough going. The fairways are incredibly narrow, with heavy, dry grass on either side making it a real challenge to find your own ball while scooping up a few others left behind. Fortunately, we were paired with a lovely local couple who helped us navigate... More

I have the pleasure of owning a home fronting the 9th green on this course so I probably have a biased view of my home course BUT I have played all of the other area courses and Verde Santa Fe Golf Course to me has the best value for your money! There are NO Sand Traps on the course and... More

we played this course during our stay at Highland resort Verdes Ridge, the rates are very good , we played twilight rates after 3pm for $25 with cart , the course was in what I thought was excellent condition for a public course in winter, the greens where some of the best I have seen. the course could of had... Recently I had the pleasure of playing this golf course which is located approximately 15 miles south of Sedona. It is a fun experience from the time you enter the pro shop. The golf course was overseeded prior to my arrival but the fairways and greens were in excellent shape. There is no sand bunkers at this site but plenty... More
