Unmissable, incredible walk (easy) seal colonies, dolphins, sand dunes, beaches....must one of the most beautiful walks in the area. You absolutely must do it. Tip - paths are very well laid out but covered in sand. I emptied my shoes a dozen times. You dont need big walking boots, I think stop open shoes with solid sole would have been... More

Today was gorgeous- bright warm sun overhead and sparkling clear water all around us. We spent about 3 hrs on the half hike which was rigorous enough for us. The wooden walkways and handrails in strategic places really aided some of the trickier parts of the walk. Loved the barking seals, hundreds of sea birds, & big locusts. Great fun... More

Go all the way round, it might be steep at some points and you might get nervous if going with kids. Lovely views

A simply stunning walk but beware it's much more difficult than it first appears. it took us a good 3 and half hours to get round and bits were quite dangerous with sheer drops. Make sure you take good hiking boots

We loved being here in the mid season when there were less people and we swam in the sea at Witsand after having a picnic on the beach against a rock that provided shade.

Popular peninsular, with impressive sea views. The walks are quite rough and you need to be fit and have good footware. Even worh going to the car park to see the view from there. There is a fee to enter

Go early to miss the queues. Parking at the top is a premium at the height of the season. Wear good shoes as it can be a bit rocky in places. Views are amazing from all parts of the peninsula.

This is a fantastic experience however, take care on the route you choose. Also make sure you take plenty of water and spray yourself round your ankles with insect repellent.

Three walks available, we took the middle walk. Lovely views across the ocean, we did see a few dolphins, and what we think was a shark. Also the cape seals were funny to watch! The walk was quite strenuous in places, especially on the way back, but we just took our time! Mind the ants though, they do bite!

The walking can be demanding in some stretches, but well worth the effort for the scenery, seascapes and wild life / sea life.
