I already had visited another Hogan with a Navajo guide so largely knew what I was looking at. I think a personal interpreter would make this more meaningful

What can I say? Four hotels, some fast food restaurants and lots of dogs walking around town on the loose. So, these hogans on the side of the Burger King and the code talkers exhibit inside are the big attraction in town. It's something to...More

The cultural center is small. Here and there you may find a misspelled word or a grammar error on one of the signs. Still this roadside exhibit is a quick introduction to the way the Dineh lived when they were the Lords of the Land....More

We were absolutely delighted to see the amount and quality of Navajo related materials on display at this little museum. It is well worth your time!

We stopped here as part of our Amazing Race family trip out West. We drove past it at least 3 times before noticing the structures on the side of the parking lot. The 4 things to see were nice, but you can visit other places...More

This exhibit showed a hoogan and how the Navajo people lived in these structures. It is a short visit but very interesting.
