Just on the right as you travel towards Kayenta gis rugged rock formation stands out and from most angles it does look like a church. there is no signage otgher thsn it sits alongside Church Rock Creek and as best we could tell no driver access.It is a unique rock formation that could be of interest to tourists if better... Definitely worth a drive by and a photo. We saw it from afar, & it only got more beautiful (and bigger) the closer we got. :)

This can be seen from your vehicle on Highway 163. The stark beauty is a preview of some of the formations in Monument Valley. This is comparable to the best in Monument Valley.

Quite close to highway 163. And it is free. There are many other interesting rock formations in the area.

You can see it from the main road, but it is quite a distance away. There are many other rock formations in the area. It did not Wow me though it was pretty. I wouldn't take a detour to see it.

Stunning formations created only by God's grace. You need at least 2 days to see it all. Must take the 17mile tour

Church Rock is easily seen from the road. It is quite beautiful and a adds to the natural beauty of this region of Arizona.

This is the most interesting of the rock formations in the Kayenta area. It takes very little time to drive around to see them, so if you are already in the area it's worth the effort to get some memorable photos.
