The family slept over in the cabins it was very exciting and refreshing to wake up to the neighing of horses. Beautiful scenery and well kept reserved. Was surprised at the different wild life we saw. The horse biking and 4x4 trails are a must

The hiking trail is well managed, very clean. Get to see zebra and other wild animals just a few meters from you. Remember to carry some water with you. Its a long walk back to the nearest tuck shop

Fairly close and easily accessible by bike from many neighbourhoods (or many people bring their bicycles by car). Botha Avenue has a nice and wide shoulder for cyclists, as does R21 towards Fountains Circle. George Storrar Drive towards Brooklyn is also safe, in my view....More

The reserve is beautiful, especially after the rains. With the safety concerns having been addressed, more and more mountain bikers are returning to the magnificent trails!
