If you find yourself in this part of town definitely visit the square, eat at one of the restaurants, take a selfie in front of the giant Nelson statue. Enjoy!

Nice mall. Brand names. Well aerated and easy walk. Great shops, great prices. Stairway for resting near the Nelson Mandela statute for photographers.

As stated in the title, it’s pretty much self explanatory. The square is immersed in the Sandton Shopping Centre and surrounded by beautiful open plan bars/ restaurants. Oh! And don’t forget the iconic Nelson Mandela statue.

Sandton is a very nice area in Johannesburg. The square is the best option to walk, to do shopping, eat and sleep. You must take a photo with the Nelson Mandela Statue.

Would have done with a proper smoking area and some seats for people to be able to sit down. Otherwise, all good

As others have said...catch the train unless you have a lot of luggage. Once you get to the shopping centre you will find a wide range of outlets from local craft to high end designer.
