The reptile park is lovely. The chalet was a home away from home. The kids loved everything especially the pool.Visited December 2022Travelled with familyWritten December 26, 2022
- amyeni1255371 contributionNot worth the priceThe set up of the 2 bedroom accommodation at the lodge doesn’t make sense. No privacy at all i.e. no doors in any of the bedrooms. The second bedroom closes with a curtain. The place is in need of renovations (very old closets, different tiles on bath tub. They need to add more pictures for people to know what they are booking and so there are no surprises.Visited April 2023Written May 7, 2023

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with the game drive as the highlight. The guides were all great and went "above and beyond" to keep the drives interesting. We had an amazing stay at Phezulu. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Game drive was great, our guide really made sure to get us the best view of the animals and was extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely go back, lovely to be out of the hustle and bustle of city life, but close enough to shops, restaurants, highways etc.

I'm not sure how to post pictures of the chalet, but I took to show how bad this place was. One of the kitchen doors fell off when I opened it. The 'oven' was filthy and full of blistering 'stuff', the lounge suite smelt dreadful and so did the beds. The bath/shower didn't have a curtain or glass and had black mould. The toilet had been patched up and the cupboards in the bathroom came away from the wall when I opened them. If we hadn't read the 'manual' we wouldn't have known about the 'no drinking their water' and non was provided, I was thankful we did have water or we would have been very stuck. Inside the bedroom cupboards were very dirty. It was so bad we didn't even want to have coffee in the morning, we headed off immediately to get a takeaway and get out of there. Very disappointing as I thought it was a tourist place and would be good.

An amazing place with amazing staff giving amazing service👌🏻🙏It was my birthday and we did the Safari drive and the zulu dancing and reptile package everything was easy and explained simply by staff. Food and drinks at the Cafè was quick and tasty.Every tour just amazing especiallywhen we got a chance to hold the baby croc and snakes. Just one thing to remember take as much pics as you can.

I would highly recommend Phezulu Safari Park. The staff are so helpful, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. The accomodation and surrounds are so neat and presentable. The game drive is very educational. Thank you for a wonderful experience...

Hello :-)
My family and I would like to come through on Friday 2 August. We don't want to miss the Traditional dancing. Are there specific times the dancing takes place?

I’ll be there with my family of 4, in 2 weeks from now. How much time is adequate to see the prime things in this park ?

I dont have a car and would like to take my baby to the park. Where can I find the taxis to the park - not uber or meter taxi.
Thankyou.
