Lovely lake

Spent some time at the replica of the Lighthouse on the Island, just across from Lake Havasu City. The sunset was amazing.

My wife and I came here to rent a few hand guns to see what she liked. The store was empty except for two other people that where "just looking". The jerk behind the counter skipped over us and started helping persons that clearly came in later. When I advised him we were waiting first and wanted to use the... More

We just wanted to visit the area for the weekend. We took our thinking we could do so,e walking but the park is really more geared towards camping and water sports. We were glad we went just to see the area, but it also seemed there was construction going on and some of the areas were closed. The one trail... More

If you're traveling through Arizona, Lake Havasu is worth a visit. Attractions include the lake itself and London bridge. Probably best to avoid coming here from July through September because 120° is not pleasant! I've heard that traffic can be brutal here during winter but one can probably arrange things to avoid that downside. There are some nice places to... More

Budget priced hotels on lake. Great selection of nation food restaurant s and local chains. Beaches are awesome and clean. Police do a great job in this town and respond quickly and professionally if you need them. Very low crime in this awesome town.

Inviting lake with lots of activity on the water. Wish I had a boat to join in the fun. Scenic view of mountains across the lake.

Lake Havasu is one of the most beautiful cities I have ever visited. The hotel I stayed at was clean and very accommodating. The personal are polite and friendly. The restaurants are amazing with excellent service and food. However stay far, far away from Arizona watersports rentals. Please read their reviews before renting ANYTHING from them. We had an amazing... More

If you can get over all the telephone and power line wires and the poor road system it is fine in the summer. In the winter the traffic is terrible with really only one road in and out of the city. A lake in the desert is nice however.
