Just up Kloof Nek Road from the center of town is this thriving beach community. Plenty of trendy nightclubs, shops and cafes bring diners and shoppers, while tranquil seas and fine white sand draw sun worshippers and swimmers.

We like the beache... Every time, we go back to C.T. we live in Camps Bay and so we go to beach. Also the beautiful restaurants near the beach and the most important and very very bewautiful sunset!!! Everyday.

Wonderful path to walk along the shore. Not too long but very nice with lots of perfect spots for pictures. The rocks and the waves are perfect subjects. The water is obviously very cold but with a suit it is fine

Very pretty beach with wide, white sandy area and very blue ocean. There are many restaurants along the main road overlooking the beach offering a wide variety of food. My only gripe is that there are many hawkers all trying to sell you the same...More

Nice beach. We were there to watch the sunset and habe dinner afterwards. It's a lovely beach and it was fun seeing some surfers catching the last waves during sunset. A great place with the sea in front and table mountain in the back.

Camps Bay beach must be the best. It's a long strip of powdery sand with table mountain as the back drop and a whole lot of bars as well as restaurants between the two. Three worlds collide and you have an international hot spot. If...More

I enjoyed the early morning hours for long walks on this beautiful beach when Camps Bay slowly awakens and the sun comes over Table Mountain and kisses the ocean

Camps Bay beach is one of the most stunning in the world. The white sand beach juxtaposed against deep blue sea and white megoliths makes this spot magical. You must know, HOWEVER, that there are few times of the year when you are there alone...More

An umbrella is about 6-8€ and a chair about 4-6€ for the day some are less. It depends who you rent from, there are several different companies.

Yes there are many chair and umbrella vendors. They will approach you as soon as you walk onto the beach. Prices vary from 4-6 Euro for a sun lounger and 6-8 Euros for an umbrella for the day.
