This a great place to visit for an hour's tour and very reasonable. You can also have lunch there. The guide (Liesl) was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and we enjoyed feeding the ostriches and getting a neck massage in return!

Tour lasts about an hour and is very informative. The farm itself and its enviroment and surroundings are beautiful and look like taken from a movie. Tour is very educational and informative. This is a must for those who travel via garden route

Very informative intro into the world of ostriches . The set up here is about the exposure rather than the farming and they do a good job in showing a few different birds with some novel tricks added in.

We were lucky as only 2 people with a guide. There had been coaches earlier and that would not be as good as our personal encounter. Did not expect to get so close.

While it is clearly mentioned in the name I was expecting a true ostrich farm (my bad). But still... The visit is very short, there's are few ostriches and the incubator visit is just a joke : you get to see empty shelves! The only...More

This is a short tour of a "show" ostrich farm (e.g., they're only kept for tours; this is not a working commercial farm). The tour starts with a canned but informative presentation on ostriches and the myriad uses for their feathers and leathers. The tour...More

The presentation was well conducted and informative. Compact surroundings to get close to a few ostriches and learn of their habits and unique little mannerisms.

There is no age limit for riding an ostrich but please be aware that they can run extremely fast so keep this in mind when deciding if it is safe for your child, hope this helps.
