Habitats are mostly small and poorly kept; many are just wire cages or concrete rooms behind glass. We felt sorry for the animals, like the Arctic fox that was just lying on the floor of his barren concrete room, staring into space, no companions, nothing...More

We brought our son, his wife, and our 2-year old granddaughter here and we all had a nice time. The zoo is nice with a wide variety of animals for viewing. The Aquarium was the best part, in my opinion. Here there are a couple...More

Twice we found clogged toilets in different restrooms and there was nobody around on the premises to notify. Trash cans were overflowing as well. Train ride was a waste of $6 each. Tram ride and narrator were better. Giraffe feeding was great for the kids....More

This place was great! It is a bit pricey, but considering so much is included makes it worth it! Lots of animals to feed, sea lion show was great, enclosures are huge, and you can really get close and personal! Plus lots of shaded areas...More

Very big with a lot to see but also very expensive. The lower rating is because each time we have went to a holiday event there it seemed very disorganized and chaotic. Today we took part in the Easter egg hunt and they didn't split...More
