We waited at the airport for 1/2 hour waiting for the transport representative with a sign to pick us up and take us to Buenos Aires hotel. They never showed up. We had to arrange for different transport at an additional cost to us.

Disculpanos por no haber estado. Recien empezamos a trabajar en la plataforma de Trip Advisor y no supimos manejar la reserva, justamente por desconocimiento de la plataforma. Realmente lo lamento mucho.
Nosotros siempre cumplimos, podes chequear nuestra ficha en Google y todos los comentarios positivos que nos dejan nuestros clientes.
Te devolveremos el dinero que pagaste (lo veras reflejado en tu cuenta Paypal) y ademas, te bonificaremos con un transfer aeroportuario para la fecha que vos nos digas. Se que esto no quita el mal momento que pasaste pero por lo menos quisiera enmendar nuestro error, te vuelvo a pedir disculpas.
