Want to do the tango experience? Go to Esquina Carlos Gardel ( he was perhaps the most famous tango dancer of the 1930s-40s. The Esquina is a late 30s supper club with lamps on the table. The dinner is quite good. Our son ordered everything in advance so I never saw the menu. Food was great, show even better. Luckily... More

I'm not a great dance fan nor am I enthusiastic about group tours so I went to this expecting it to be poor but was pleasantly surprised. Our tickets included a minibus pick up which, as these things do, wandered around various hotels both coming and going but, when we arrived, we were seated with efficiency and my request for... This place is classy with a style of Art nouveau so one can enjoy excellent cuisine (Argentinian beef is one of the choice) and view a tango show of different choreographic steps combinations danced by beautiful and passionate Argentinian artists while being accompanied by a full orchestra above the stage. Enjoy the food! Enjoy the music! Enjoy the dance! Enjoy... More

One of the most brilliant Tango shows - not just the truly amazing dancers, but the band (up high above the stage) were excellent and had a great rapport with each other. Dinner was delicious and we sat next to a couple who were going on our cruise, which was a bonus. Thoroughly recommend.

We got the VIP treatment ( approx. $500 for 2). A private driver picked us up at our hotel - on time and took us straight to the theater. Theater is lavish and reminiscent of another era in time. Delicious steak meal with an ENDLESS flow of champagne and wine. Show was stellar- costumes, dance, sets, music. Orchestra sits high... More

If you are looking for a good tango show in Buenos Aires then this one is worth checking out. The performance is intese and worthy of a recommendation. Not so much the wine and to an extent the food.

Not your tipical tango show, but a rather good representation of tango's history and evolution over time. Went only for show (not the preceding dinner). Highly recommended show, but you might want to skip the included transport from/to the hotel to avoid a late night "city tour" dropping people off at multiple stops

Booked thru Tangotix, 20% off VIP seats. Great service, picked up from hotel on time, wisked thru lines, shown to very good seats where wine & Chandon flowed freely. Starter was good. Steak was inedible to the point where we both left it after much hacking and slashing! Looking around i noticed others engaged in similar combat, as my Spanish... More

Absolutely wonderful show - great venue & very professional presentation. Truly enjoyed this show - the live band was awesome & the dancing was superb. Didn't have dinner, so can't say anything about that, but the show is well worth the admission price. Very impressive. We are dancers, so we can say first hand that these guys are AWESOME! Highly...
