This was within 5 min from my hotel. I like old majestic buildings and the churches on foreign soil fits the bill.

Persistence in our case paid off. It was closed the first couple times we went by, but we got lucky and were able to get in because there was a student orchestra playing a short concert. Other than the alter the church is rather plain,...More

This church was just opposite our hotel, the outside does not reflect the beautiful interior. It is colourful and peaceful, well worth a visit.

very beautiful example of "colonial"/baroque style church built in the late 1700s. It has recently being refurbished to its grandiose as well as the surrounding streets to make the visit more enjoyable and pleasant. A must do in buenos aires

Finished in 1722, it is part of the Manzana de las Luces. It's a small church with beatiful cealings.
