Weekends and holidays from the corner of Jose Bonifacio and Emilio Mitre in the Caballito district can go back to the past to take the train / tram to the Association of Friends of the Tram makes walking the streets of our neighborhood, this walk is lovely to children and adults. .It's free.

This is an opportunity for children to get to know the streetcars that went around Buenos Aires and also an opportunity for elder people their means of transport.

Loved this nostalgic tram ride especially as it is free. The commentary gives you an insight into local life and traditions. Cannot believe it only stopped 30 years ago? It was so good we rode it twice..!! Seek this attraction out its worth the effort.

This free attraction gives local and foreign travellers a chance to imaginarily travel back in time around Caballito neighbourhood. The narrated tour gives passengers a deeper understanding of curious facts and customs related to this now almost extinct means of transport.You may have to queue up for some tiem before boarding!

The Friends Association organizes daily Tramway free rides aboard vintage trams through the streets of the neighborhood of Caballito. During the ride a member of the Association makes a review on the history of trams in Buenos Aires. The toured lasts about 20 minutes and is free. I cant give this attraction an 'average' for one simple reason, I had never been in a tramway before! So it was fun for me to be there. Of course, if you come from a city like San Francisco, this is not your plan at all. Something you can do is check their website and see what activities they have... More

Explore the old tramway of Buenos Aires and head down to the corner of Emilio Mitre and José Bonifacio in Caballito on the weekend and go back in time by riding in the free train.
