We were wandering around the Galerias Pacifico when I saw a sign (and translated it correctly with my limited Spanish) that said there was a tango show there on this particular Wednesday night. It only cost $25/pp. The show lasted an hour and was marvelous! Such a bargain and you didn't have to pay for a dinner or wine which... More

Centro Cultural Borges is located in the Galleria Pacifico, with an entrance on the outside of the building, also. I had read several reviews on Tripadvisor about performances at this cultural center, but nothing adequately prepared me. The dance and the music evoked such emotion, especially on our last night in Buenos Aires. It is obvious that perfection is the... More

In this centre you will find the Escuela Mundial de Tango - previously called Escuela Argentine de Tango.... Here you can get a pass and take tango classes with some fabulous teachers.

Fabulous, ever changing museum and gallery on the top floor of Buenos Aires swankiest shopping center. Constantly changing exhibits, performances, theater, a little of everything. A great break from shopping downstairs.

This centre was close to our hotel and rather than pay $140 each for a dinner and tango show we got tickets here for an hour + tango show for about $18 each. it was very good great dancing , wonderful orchestra and lovely singing. It seems to only be available on a Wed night.

We went to a Wednesday night show here. The performance was pretty much no frills and a little bit budget but this was reflected in the price of the ticket which was cheap compared to other shows. The dancers were extremely talented as was the singer and we really enjoyed the show. The experience was marred by the extremely rude... More

Located in a shopping plaza on the main pedestrian street. The collection was interesting to look at. The center is also home to a very good Tango Show.

We really enjoyed seeing the tango show in this small intimate theatre inside Galerias Pacifico. The tickets weren't cheap (we paid about $25-30 US) and we had to purchase them from the box office at the mall (cash only) in advance of the show, but the dancing was superb and a once in a lifetime experience. We saw snippets of... More

This was a wonderful show. As other posters have noted, the show is in a small theater in the Centro Cultural Borges at the Galerias Pacifico. We wanted to avoid the over-priced tourist extravaganzas. This was the perfect solution. Cost for 4 was ~$94 The dancers were superb. The view from the 5th row was fine. Duration was 90". Audience...
