We had a great tour with Francisco through the vineyards! It has been our firs🧞t biological bodega and we were positives a surprised to see the mix of tomatoes and mangold on the feet of the wines!
And not to miss; for the very first time we were allowed to pick and try different grapes !!!!😍
Their champus taste really good, sparkling christal and fresh !!!
We got two boxes sent to us in Buenos Aires via post without problemol

We stopped here and were treated to a tour by one of the workers! Almost everything here in the production of sparkling wines is done by hand. And they love to open a bottle for you. Make sure you tip the staff!

Small in size but large in all other respects. Our first tour was THE most informative of all and set the benchmark for others to challenge... they all failed. Sonia's explanations were done with lovely examples of how Spumante is created in an organic process. Seeing how sediment is dealt with and using a cooler as part of the demonstration followed by popping the cork in the sheltered area, then adding at various tasting more grape sugar...wow just a wonderful experience in a somewhat hands on eye on arena. Having visited several Organic Vineyards in the Mendoza area the one thing I did not see was the present of chicken about the vines! Definitely a recommended Organic Vineyard location.

Good place to go. Sonia has passion an knowledge for what she does. She taught us how spumante is made to obtaining a 100% natural spumante with no chemicals or process that accelerate fermentation. That's a very valuable contribution to the craft manufacturing. Every two years this winery participates in the slow food event held in Torino, Italy. Congratulations!!

The lady working here the day we went was very informative and the organic champagne was delicious! It was nice not to make an hour commitment to taste the wines.

the Family owned winery specializes on organic champagne and you can taste diferente types. The explanations given by the owner are detailed and interesting. A short but worthwile visit. Call before going to make sure they are open.

We visited with Sonia who was very loving and helpful, and told us the entire process from planting to the final product. We add the picnic option. The gastronomic products are also very delicious! I recommend trying canned green tomatoes. I recommend.
