80% of the park is in Argentina, and one can see the most part of the waterfalls very closely, sometime right on top (or at the bottom) of them. There are 3 paths. The most beautiful (and crowded) is Devil´s Throat day that one reaches with the internal train from the park entrance. The other paths are the Upper and the Lower Trail, all beautiful. Each one requires 1.5/2 hour walk, but quite easy and almost all flat. If you go in summer prepare for 35c and 90% humidity, so bring plenty of water and use light clothes. You will most likely get wet at the Devil´s Throat due to the vapor clouds above the waterfalls. There are monkeys and birds easy to spot. Prepare for long queue at the entrance, but worth it. Inside there are bars.

Top D+ the Argentinian side is beautiful, the walk is long and not accessible, but anyone on the Brazilian side has to go on the Argentinian side, the boat ride on the Argentinian side is much better than the Brazilian one, almost two hours of ride, and more importantly, whoever can do both sides, if you can only do one side, do Argentina. Observation IT IS VERY WET, VERY WET, take a second pair of clothes and flip-flops, the boat goes under the waterfall, top d+. The Brazilian side is accessible, the Argentine side is not.

surreal 💦💦💦✨☀️❤️‍🔥 floating, daydreaming, delirious, high on beauty! trip for a whole day (we stayed in the park from 10:30 am until 5:30 pm and I would stay another 5 hours lol) - it's really worth doing the 03 trails: throat, upper and lower - take a taxi or tourist car (🎈red sign) so you don't get in line at the border. Bring Argentinean pesos from Brazil to eat snacks inside the park and pay the entrance fee (average of 150 reais per person = ticket and empanadas at the trail support points). there is free drinking water in some points :) dinner + buy wines and alfajores fair in puerto Iguaçu (take reais in cash or pix) 🥀 kisses & if you have to choose between the Argentine or Brazilian side, do the Argentine.

I imagine paradise exactly like this... without tourists though!
The cost of the ticket was what currently equates to around 20 euros, maybe 18. A shame that the Garganta del Diablo route was not open to visitors and neither was the island of San Martín. I did the lower route first and then the upper route. There was an offer of two beers (large cans) for one at the door. So for 2900 pesos (about 2.80 euros) two very fresh beers served in a frozen glass (at the bar near the exit). I also took the speedboat ride and it was wonderful to "enter" the waterfalls and take a refreshing shower at 40 degrees. Cost 50 euros, they give you a plastic bag to keep things in and they make a video under the waterfalls which they then send to you the same evening via email for around 10 euros.

To get to the waterfalls I took the colectivo (classic bus) from in front of the hotel. 3000 pesos (3 euros) and they leave you there. When you return you can take it back, it's easy and convenient. The company is called "rio uruguay" and the buses are white and green. I was staying at the Carmen hotel and it passed on the hour and half an hour (on the same side of the hotel, 100 meters away (towards the bottle house).

These are the most beautiful Falls in the world. I would suggest getting a private guide who knows the area and can explain how to go about seeing this large area. Be prepared for lots of walking and getting wet. A must do is getting to the falls by boat. You will get very wet!

The Falls are a spectacle of nature! The falls are immense in fall height and waterfall length. There is the Brazilian park and the Argentine park. The first day we went to the Brazilian and the last day to the Argentine. People, the experiences complement each other but without a doubt the experience in the Argentine park is superior. You walk through the park, you walk over the river. Being up the throat of d*ab* is surreal. I cried! We went to Argentina by taxi, it cost 300 reais the trip back and forth. We had already gone to the Van Fair, which was cheaper but the queue to enter Argentina for collective vehicles like vans and buses, is immense! I thought it was too worth paying for the taxi.
A very spoken difference is that the Argentine park would be more disorganized. I didn't find it disorganized, I thought it's a big park, with several hiking options, and that it can confuse people. Me and my boyfriend did everything without Guide help. We downloaded the map. And when we had doubts, the brothers were extremely courteous in helping us.

There inside the park, you can just walk, or do some stretches in a trenzinho. It's 2 trenzinhos. The first leaves the central station and goes to the cataract station. The second, goes from cataract station to the beginning of the Devil's throat trail. We followed the indication of the Inn owner (Cris Garden, excellent!) and walked right to the second station (saving time). From there, we took the train and went to the Devil's throat trail. We went back, took the train back to the cataract station and made the lower and upper trails. It was too worth it! We were sad for not having taken the boat ride (the boat ride on the Argentine side is better). Anyway, only know the cataracts. And get to know them by 2 parks!

We were completely enchanted by the Argentine side of the waterfalls, even I liked much more the beauties of this side (Brazil is only better the part of the throat). In the Argentine throat it is a bit chaotic because it is very small and it is very difficult for us to get to see right, but the rest of the trails ARRASA! It is very unaccessible, however. Unfortunately we were unable to make the Upper Route due to lack of time. Book at least 5, 6 hours for the full tour. I highly recommend.

I went with the family, on a guide tour was excellent. It is worth having another view of this wonder of nature, from the Argentine side as well. I was delighted vom the power of the waters in the Devil's throat, it's unavoidable. The two main high and low trails are also worth it. Inside a restaurant per kilo, in the food square has a fantastic ice cream maker, looks like Italian ice cream.

A visit to the Argentine side of the Iguacu Falls is a must. You get to the visitor centre, where tickets are purchased and then you go to the train station. From there, trains depart every 30 minutes, which take us to the region of Devil's throat. Then we still have to walk more than 1 km on a sidewalk to reach a view so spectacular that everyone should see at least once in their lives. Fantastic!

The days accompanied little. It was cloudy and one day it rained torrentially. They say that because of the amount of water the river brought, they had closed the Devil's Throat and the Bossetti jump. A shame is the most beautiful. We also returned to all the trails.
They're neat and nice.
