This was a beautiful view to enjoy on our one day in Ushuaia. Being able to relax and see the mountains and the natural beauty was a reminder of our wonderful world.

I could have stayed longer at this park to just enjoy the quiet! Best time to go is first thing in the morning. Be sure to visit the Embajada del Pais de Isla Redonda and get your passport stamped!

Amazing . Tour organizing to pickup from hotel and return. The train tour must have to breath very natural air from national park.

The family and I spent a day in the park with a local Prestigio guide. The park is very well cared for and beautiful. Really enjoyed the different places that were easily available for taking photos. Visitors center is simple yet full of history.

We didn't get to spend much time here but it had interesting moss and peat bogs. There is a beautiful lookout over near the docks.

Are there reliable trail maps available for the national park? How did you get to the park and return if not on a tour? I am wondering if hiring a taxi is feasible and need to make sure I can get a ride back to the ship. Is there a bus you can take from the port to town? Thanks for your help and any additional suggestions are most welcome!

There's a regular bus service to the park and back which runs the whole day. You can take a bus near the arisanal market (near the harbour) for 400 ARS (return). While buying your park ticket you'll get a map as well. There... More
I'm looking into visiting Tierra Del Fuego. We will have very limited time (just 5 hours, our ship doesn't stay longer) AshishGuptasfo wrote a review about visiting the parc with a rental car. This looks like a good idea, is it possible to rent a car at the cruise ship terminal?

If you look straight off the pier, you will see a gas station. directly to the left is a car rental place called Localiza.- maybe a 3 minute walk.
