Lovely little place with a great range of testers so you can try before you buy. Bought soaps and moisturiser which smell delicious!

Great to visit, opportunities to test the products there. Packaging is cute. The only negative is where its located which is down a steep hill/road but otherwise - a scenic drive.

Not too hard to find with Google Maps. We bought a range of soaps and lotions and our skin has never felt so silky. We sat on the veranda and had a cold drink after our shopping. Definitely worth a visit.

Watch for the signs to this place on the Cross Island Road. It is a short drive out of Apia. The road to turn down will be on your left as you leave town. A short drive down this side road and you will see the shop signed on the right. Onsite is a workshop, café and store. We had just eaten so didn’t stop for food, but it looks like a nice spot to do so. The shop has a lovely selection of coconut oil products. The owner is very friendly to speak with and will help answer any questions you have. After using a few of the different coconut oil products for a week in Samoa I can attest to how helpful the are with sunburn, stiffness and easing the itch of insect bites. A great spot to pick up souvenirs to take home. Note products are available in other shops but are a bit cheaper here.

I absolutely love Mailelani products! Not only do they smell delicious but they work beautifully too. This trip my friend and I got the chance to stop in at their shop at the factory and it was well worth it. Fantastic to see the variety of refill options and to have the full collection available to purchase. Unfortunately we were running quite late so didn't get long there, but it's well worth a visit and definitely worth purchasing one of everything!

I’ve often been gifted Mailelani skincare products by Samoans visiting my home country so it was really nice to visit their factory/shop/cafe to tour the family operated business.

In true Pacific Island style, when asked what fruits are served with waffles - the lady looks out to their family garden that the father was toiling and says looks like it’ll be Banana, Pawpaw and Guava! Things that grow in almost every backyard in our islands

I had to come back after first visiting 4 plus years ago.
It can be difficult to find, so once you turn off the main road, head down the steep hill and you will see the sign.
The owner came out to greet us and take us through to the shop.
The shop is simple and open and laid out perfectly to enable you to look around, smell the testers and absorb everything without being overwhelmed. The story and the development behind the soaps are lovely and we got to have a tour of the packing and making facilities currently undergoing an upgrade.

We arrived in Samoa and were headed to our resort when I saw the sign for this soap factory and cafe. We had to stop! Unfortunately, we had a minor car accident upon arrival and damaged one of the owners factory doors. He was quite calm, reasonable, and helpful. We bought some great products while waiting for a new rental car and had a lovely conversation! We'll definitely go back on our next trip to Samoa!
