This was a great stop before heading into Oatman via the sidewinder. Picked up some drinks and souvenirs, chatted with the super friendly shop owner (if that's who she was). I also achieved a life goal that I didn't even know I had until that moment when I saw a real live road runner.

This was absolutely one of the highlights of our trip. It was a great stop. And great conversation with shop owner about the area. We had went there after visiting Oatman, Arizona. Where the mayor of the town is a donkey, donkeys roam wild through the town and the little gift shops have bags of food so that you can feed them. I so much enjoyed this trip!

Nice pic to be had on the outside. The inside is mostly stale taffy, cheap jewelry and a butt load of tacky (goes without saying) Trump merchandise.

Stopped at this Cool Springs Shop between Oatman and Kingman. Beautiful rocks and gemstones and all kinds of other stuff to peruse. Brandy is very knowledgeable about the history of the area and answered all our questions about the different rocks/gems and mining history. Bought a T-shirt and a few post cards. Worth a stop to take a nice break on this winding road. Very scenic area!

I only stopped in for a picture but after reading the reviews I should have gone in. This is on the east side of Oatman.

An absolute must stop here. We did not have much idea what cool Springs is. Jeremy was fantastic! He told us quite a bit about the history of the place. We also didn't know that this place was the inspiration for the movie Cars. It is an absolute recommendation! Jeremy, thank you so much for your involvement, you were amazing.

A stoned structure between Oatman and Kingman that serves as a cool little rest stop with souvenirs and drinks available. Lots oh history here.

What a cool, iconic stop! We were there early, so they were not yet open, but it was so neat to be there, regardless. It's open, quiet, and feels like you have the whole world to yourself out there. The cacti and aloe plants were huge and the scenery beautiful. I loved the Route 66 painted on the road in front - perfect photo op! They had a cat walking around and there are wild burros all in that area of roadway. There is an outhouse available.

Nice little gift shop. It was based off the cars movie and another movie. Very friendly people. Make sure you use the bathroom before you get there (it’s not the best).

Cool Springs Station is a great little rest stop and gift shop along the Oatman highway on your way travels on Rt 66. Heading westbound from Kingman you’ll come upon this great little shop just as you start to hit the winding portion of the Oatman Highway, headed uphill towards Sitgreaves Pass.

Make a stop, get out and stretch your legs and explore everything that’s Cool Springs Station has to offer.
