Tried to visit today and road was closed right after turn off of Beehive Road. Residents Only sign posted. Forest area closed due to fire restrictions. Check first before you try to visit— so many areas closed now.
This is a wonderful play area, but the rocks can be VERY slippery. This has resulted in numerous injuries and even death over the years. Enjoy, but be extremely caution. Great area to play in after a monsoon rain!
This place is amazing. Its so gorgeous and relaxing. The hike isn't too bad, easy enough to bring kids. Definitely a place to go in the summer and go to the water wheel pull off, from there you can hike back and find many swimming...More
I would recommend this to everyone. If you just want to go to the swimming hole without the hike past water wheel I would suggest parking after the second crossing, theres a little pull out a couple 100 yards up the road on the right....More

Directions are lacking but they get you close. Continue to the water wheel bridge crossing and park at the far end. Look for the path at the farthest end of parking lot and enter there. Stay left and continue on. This is a great hike...More
