Here you need to call ahead and make reservations. We made reservations several days in advance. We checked in at the office across from the factory. Here our guide showed us a movie of the history of Ping and showed us the different clubs. He talked about the professionals that sponsor the Ping brand to include Bubba Watson. Before we... More

My husband won the Tour of the Ping factory in Phoenix. He won the raffle held at Las Colinas in Queen Creek, AZ. He was also fitted for a free set of Ping irons. My husband and I were given a complete tour of the entire factory. It was amazing to see the making of the golf clubs from start... More

They only do tours once a week, and you have to book a couple of months in advance, but it is well worth the trouble. From the rectangular blocks of metal all the way to the finished clubs, this factory is huge and as the guide said, about 800 staff at this complex. Much of the work is still done... More

The helpful staff managed to fit us in at short notice whilst I was in the area, I've played Ping clubs for about 30 years and a few days before travelling to the US had taken delivery of a new set of irons which were custom fitted by my club professional, I had only played 9 holes and was missing... This was AMAZING! My husband and I both were custom fitted for a full set of clubs. The people we worked with were extremely knowledgable and we were both very happy with the experience. I still can't believe that they do this for FREE! That said I did see a sign that starting in September they were going to start... More

This is a must do for any golf fan. Ping golf is a family owned business that will never sacrifice quality. I was blow away by the attention to detail and their culture of always improving. Don't miss out on this tour and don't miss out on playing with Ping equipment!

I visited the Ping factory after signing up to be a certified fitter, and the tour was amazing. From start to finish every process was well explained and described, and I definitely learned more about the product. Remember, metal has memory!

knowledgable staff, exciting tour very informative, was able to putt to win a Ping hat which husband did, they measure you for clubs but do not sell them there-they give you places you can buy from.
