We attended the Rodgers and Hammerstein Revue. It could not have been better, and we frequent Broadway and London shows. The orchestra was perfect, the cast as good as it gets. The only negative was the program contained no information on the terrific cast. Who were they? I would love to know. I had trouble not singing along. More like... More

First time at a symphony. We watched the Phoenix Symphony perform Rogers and Hammerstein. The orchestra was in tune tonight, with several lively numbers, such as South Pacific and Oklahoma. The comic relief on stage (stage actors) had a cute schtick but it quickly got tiresome and I longed for more orchestra and less singing.

Terrific evening at the ballet. Dancers were elegant and energetic. Really enjoyed the evening. First time in this venue, will certainly return.

We absolutely love going to the Symphony and generally get a 4 show subscription each year. For the 2016-2017 season, we enjoyed every show that we went to. The conductors, the venue and most important, the music are all amazing. We do not feel that there is any other entertainment in the valley that can beat the high quality of... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Phoenix Symphony this week. First of all, this is a lovely facility. It has nice flow to it and has been designed for people to sit in the foyer to have a pre or intermission coffee, cocktails, or snacks. The theater seats are comfortable and the folks who sell tickets and seat you... More

If you believe you do not like classical music, hear it in person. I spend the day listening to modern music. But when I get a chance to hear the classic composers in person, I take it! The feel of the sound will overwhelm you. I have attended the Phoenix Symphony four times in the last five years. My daughter... More

What a lovely hall! Acoustically good, for the premiere of the opera Riders of the Purple Sage. Fantastic! The lobby is huge, and it is fun to see the different jewellers' and fabric artists' handiwork, all for sale. I did not have to wait at the bathroom, but the lines do become long quickly. Everyone who worked taking tickets or... More

We went to see Romeo and Juliet recently and were very disappointed by the lack of working bathroom amenities, as well as the mannerisms of one of the docents. The ladies' room had only one of three operational paper towel dispensers. The stall I used was out of toilet paper, and this was BEFORE the show even started. The toilet... More
