There is a lot of renovation going on at Papago for a new club house and that isn't great. The current club house is a trailer in the parking lot. The fairways and greens were in very good overseeded condition but the remainder of the...More

We played Papago since it was convenient to downtown Phoenix. The course was pretty, in decent shape and very quiet - given the proximity to downtown. That was it for the positive. 1) Amenities. We arrived expecting to have breakfast at the clubhouse. Although not...More

Papago was a nice Course. It was close to the airport and allowed us to get in a round before dark. Well cared for, attentive staff, and fun to play. Would definitely go back!

Golfed with a friend here because of the proximity to the airport. Everyone made us feel welcomed and the course was fun. I would like to play when the course is drier and get a little more roll on the fairways but all in all...More

I'm struggling with this review. Positives...Great staff, nice greens, bunkers were good, price was great, tons of potential. Negative...pace of play with no one out pushing foursomes that were two holes behind, no memorable holes as most were pretty bland, clubhouse still not built (running...More
