Visited down town Phoenix in September and was spotted by an ambassador navigating on my phone to get to the science museum. He offered the best directions and biked off. We found the Ambassadors thanks to the reviews on Trip Advisor and were so glad we had. We emailed ahead to book a tour and got friendly service from the start. We arranged ahead of time for a tour from the ambassadors. We were lucky enough to get two ambassadors on our tour. They were super friendly and knowledgeable.
