very interesting place, lots of old buildings, places some of our early pioneers visited and stayed awhile, the saloons are just the way they were back in the 1800's, so cool, the shops that are in these old buildings are friendly and very informative

The western side of this lovely town square has an historic saloon row vibe. It was a nice western experience, now home to annoying types with substance issues who have adopted the sidewalk as their place to hang out.

This place was a little busy and crazy! We are older (55+) and we were there on a busy weekend. We were going to go in and have dinner. It was too busy for that, but we did grab a drink Everyone was very friendly,...More

On Montezuma, between Goodwin Street and Gurley Street, this historic street across from the Courthouse recalls its past as the bawdy street miners would frequent on their days off. Loads of historical plaques adorn buildings worthy of that honor. Even if hitting all the bars...More

What a blast from the past! This entire area is definitely something to see. We walked from our hotel and enjoyed the ambiance of days gone by. Very SAFE and FRIENDLY area! We want to return!

Frequented several of the Saloons on Whiskey Row and found it interesting and for the most part enjoyable. Good selection of drinks and food in the area. A must go at least once

I enjoyed walking down Whiskey row and seeing all the old bars and shops from the old west. I read all the placards of historical buildings. Ate at several places down there as well. Not many places like that left in the west. Loved it.

If you like the old west, Whiskey Row is a delight. Built in the late 1800's and rebuild in the early 1900's due to a fire, it offers Hotels, Restaurants and all types of shops. We walk around just for fun.

Whiskey Row gets a little crazy at times, especially during Rodeo Week. Matt's Saloon and The Palace are always great entertainment. Come have a drink at one of the same places that the famous cowboys and outlaws of yesteryear visited. Lots to see hanging on...More
