First time to Prescott and Wilson Lake. Awesome lake and scenery. Pictures don’t do the area justice, the granite boulders were unique and beautiful! Will come back when we can rent kayaks to get a water view of the area. Worth the trip to get...More

Watson is a beautiful lake but only for "looking". It's difficult to use the lake for water activities as it is over taken by underwater grasses. Swimming is too dangerous because of the possibility of getting tangles, so paddle boarding is also dangerous in case...More

This restaurant has a very nice view of the lake. The food is good, it will cost you $40 for lunch for two people.

So glad we stopped to check it out...totally worth the $3 entry fee. We spent about an hour or so just walking the trails, climbing the rocks, and enjoying the amazing views. Definite must do if in the area!! Our 15 year old loved it...More

Go here and hike around the lake. It will blow your mind. I’ve never seen rock formations like this. Very cool 5 mile hike around Watson Lake

Watson is even more beautiful in person than in pictures. We’ve lived here 4 years now and it still takes my breath away

It is absolutely beautiful, granite rocks, lots of Wildlife which include geese, ducks, heron, bald eagles, red-winged blackbirds, and javelina. The granite Dells in Prescott Arizona are absolutely...More

These rocks vary in size from small to humongous. Surrounding the lake, they provide an incredible hiking and photographic experience.

There is a boat ramp at the park to put kayaks in. We didn’t kayak but saw some people putting theirs in. The park is very small so you will find it quite easily.

I do not know about camping permits, but did see campers. Yes, there is frisbee golf. Saw the baskets along the trail that sides the lake. Have fun. Make sure to visit downtown Prescott - lots of great places to eat and shop.
