We thoroughly enjoyed this excellent museum. The section dedicated to Phippen is absolutely superb, capturing his very diverse artistic skills.
The other Western art on display is exceptional and the Museum's efforts to capture the Western art from this area of Arizona are terrific.
We had to revisit this Wonderful Western Art Museum, as a large part of the museum was closed when we visited in 2017, while getting ready for a new exhibit.

The Phippen Museum is a terrific discovery hidden on 89 North just outside of Prescott. The journey through the beautifully displayed Western and Indian artwork is worth an hour or so of any visitor’s time.
