In the afternoon of May 3rd, my wife and I took a six mile hike in and out of the West Fork of Oak Creek along the trail. It was wonderful, especially the chorus of frogs that filled the canyon with their croaking. The hike...More

We did this hike with 2 senior citizens, 2 adults and 2 children ages 9 and 12. It is a wonderful fun hike but you need to be aware that it is a very popular hike so it will be busy when you are there....More

This was a great hike!. Loved the trails. A few fun challeges. Several little creeks to cross, stepping on stones or logs to cross. It made the hike fun and alittle more challenging. I would say it easy-plus/moderate to hike. Several water spots to take...More

Most of the trail is covered by shade. It is my recommendation to bring an insect repellent for the mosquitoes and other bugs.
