The Chapel of the Holy Cross was interesting, but little more than a photo 0p. I would recommend it as it is only a short distance off of the highway.

We had a great visit to this chapel. The building itself is stunning and inspirational. I appreciated the fact that believers and non-believers allowed for a quiet atmosphere inside the chapel where many sat and/or knelt in prayer and reflection. The views from the parking areas and short walk up the hilly approach were marvelous. You should probably go early... More

Small Chapel built into the mountain. Very nice views from up top. There are two parking areas. One at the top and one at the bottom. They have golf carts picking up people from the bottom lot to bring them to the top. It is is steep paved incline from the bottom up. If walking is a problem drive to... More

If you are looking for a place for spiritual meditation, this probably isn't the spot for you. However, if you are interested in seeing unique buildings and structures, this one is certainly worth seeing. The views of the surrounding area are spectacular from the chapel as well. If you go to the chapel's website, you will find that nearly all... More

The architecture of this place is astonishing. The fact that this chapel was built into the side of one of the rocks is pretty cool. I don't have much to say about it but being that faith is important in my life it was a nice place to visit for symbolic reasons.

This is a serene place with a most scenic view of Sedona. It is a must see while visiting the area. Take time to meditate and restore your soul.

This chapel has a wonderful story about who built it why and how. I don't want to spoil it. However when you enter this most wonderful, beautiful little chapel it connects the lord with person and land. As you look to the cross, from the inside, the backdrop is the wonderful landscape of Sedona. It truly is a connection that... More

Parking can be an issue, but it is worth the walk up the hill to see the magnificent views. It is busy, but worth a 15 minute stop.
