I was really looking forward to the "Five Star" facial after considerable research to find the right facial for me in Sedona. Unfortunately, I felt like my esthetician went through the motions and tried to upsell me time and again. She was a nice person so I feel like this is probably what is expected at this spa. At checkout, there is a 22% gratuity......remember that it is always your option to change that rate according to service! Sadly, I feel like I wasted my time AND money.

I visited the Wilde Have Spa staying at the great WIlde Haven Resort. The whole staff is wonderful. The lady from Zambia was proactive about making sure my experience was excellent, and Lisa gave me one of the best massages I've ever had.
In the relaxation lounge, I enjoyed spring water, infused water, and incredible tea and fruit, and the steam room and hot tub patio provided wonderful additional spaces to unwind.
I left totally refreshed in body and spirit.

Maria was excellent, her hands felt like memory foam, she was pleasant and intentional making sure I was okay with her pressure, aromas just amazing!!!

The two best parts of staying at the Wilde Resort and Spa were the Spa and the beautiful native landscape. I had two treatments scheduled at the Wilde Haven Spa. It is a smaller spa compared to other resorts we have stayed but the reception area was clean and welcoming. I missed having a private pool but did take advantage of the private jacuzzi between treatments. I was pleased they still have separate male-female locker rooms. There was a small steam room in female locker room but I did not use it. The relaxation area again was small but clean and comfortable. My first 90-minute treatment was the Quiet Haven massage which I thoroughly enjoyed. The practitioner was pleasant and listened to my needs and adjusted the intensity in response to how my body reacted to her pressure. I felt very relaxed and centered when I left the treatment room. The second treatment, The Sedona Fountain of Youth Facial and Body package, was a different experience. I've had many different facials and body treatments over the years and this was by far my least favorite. I don't know if it was the practitioner, who was different than my first and never introduced herself, or if that is normal for this particular treatment. So much noise and movement. Not relaxing at all. I was genuinely thankful when my 90-minutes were up unlike the first treatment which could have gone on for another 90-minutes.
