Hillside is a favorite stop of mine before going into West Sedona. Hillside's got it all: good restaurants, top notch galleries, fun shops, and even an Irish pub!

Just south of the bridge over Oak Creek and the intesrection of H 170 and Schnebly Hill Road you will find Hillside on the left. There are some restaurants and a number of art shops.

Driving from the I17 to Sedona on the 179 is very scenic. You will see many formations that are all worth while. Nice to stop enjoy many of them.

A great location for a bit of local shopping supplemented by some really good art galleries. There is also an Irish bar and a reasonably priced Taco restaraunt.

My first time to Sedona was delightful. It's a hiker paradise. Which is not my thing! But I loved the scenery and the art. One morning was a soft, cool rain falling that felt good and smelled so fresh.
