The museum provided us with the opportunity to spend some time learning about the history of the area. Very enjoyable and best of all there is no charge. Donations are appreciated and we did donate. Take an hour or two, it is well worth it.

This volunteer museum has it all...an large assortment of local objects and stories in a series of rooms, each with a theme; a charming dedicated volunteer staff; and...a really neat model train layout! All for your voluntary donation.

The museum had invited a Navajo Indian woman to talk about one of their wedding ceremonies. Something about when a woman gets married, she is painted white in some ceremony. It was interesting and I enjoyed it.
