We encountered 3 types of monkeys, a boa constrictor, many birds, bats, and diverse types of flowers, and took a very welcome dip at a gorgeous waterfall. The howler monkeys screamed and screeched, as if on cue. The lava rocks create a dramatic beach scene.

you are in the real thick of the jungle, so dress accordingly 2 of us had multiple ticks found after the hike, long pants & long socks needed, even though it's hot you need to protect your skin from sun and bugs.

Oh my god! On arrival they told us the price of the activities that this hostel organises. The prices are obscene. You're looking at around $100 per person just for a day trip hike in the park, nearly $300 per person if you wanna camp...More

This tour provided a great opportunity to see so many different animals. It was long and hot but very worth it. It was definitely a work out so be prepared. I would do it again in a second!
