Located on a section of old Route 66, the Deer Farm is 10 acres of absolute animal wonderland. Walk a path around our park to view wallabies, llamas, mini cattle, bison, peacocks, & much more. Walk with deer, feed the deer right from your hands. Chat with a parrot, Mozart is a very entertaining cockatoo, Scarlet (a lilac crowned Amazon Parrot) a bit more shy, pet a goat, kiss a camel. You will have a blast here if you are an animal lover.

I was skeptical about going here as I feared the worst. I was pleasantly surprised to find the animals were very well-loved despite the slightly shabby appearance. The deer love being fed and are beyond tame--they nearly lick you to death! When we visited, there...More

We started off by buying deer food and headed out to be met by a bird that was having a fit. I think he was just lonely because we stopped and he talked to us for a few minutes. All of the girls were so...More

The animals are very crowded, and seemed stressed with the amount of people walking through. The staff was extremely friendly, my 4 year old granddaughters loved the place.

Couldn't stop laughing and smiling while we were here walking around; the talking cockatoo was a hoot. It's the first thing you see upon entering the farm; there are deer all over the place and you. Hold your feeding cup up high or else the...More

Thank you so much Mark for your kind review! We are glad you enjoyed our Farm over the years. 48 years in business, and we love hearing about visitors who came as children, and now bring their kids.

We enjoyed seeing all the animals and how well cared for they were. The talking bird (can't remember what kind he is) was very entertaining. Great place to take kids, lots of hands on. We even were able to take home a porcupine quill one...More

I know most really enjoy this place but after visiting Bearizona, I can only compare the parks. I felt some of the animals could use much more space (camel, bison) and so many deer. I am sure small kids would like this but as wildlife...More

This is a fun place to visit. You can purchase deer food in the gift shop. The deer are so tame. They walk all around with you.
