We got some very good information on what to see and do in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. They are open 7 days a week and have restrooms. We booked a fly-over of the Grand Canyon through them and some great sites-to-see information.

Staff is rather rude and self absorbed. Their own conversations takes priority over guests. Answers are curt, short and not informative. The building is nice and old train station, I guess.
