I didn't think too much of Monument Valley riding in from the Arizona side, once you stop and look back though it's simply amazing. There are plenty of places along the road where you can pull up and take photos, it was rather busy when...More

Many people have seen this place in various movies. It's even more incredible when viewed in person. One tip - the road in is very bumpy. Be prepared for that. Otherwise, it's incredible.

This place was absolutely amazing in the beauty of all the formations. You feel like you are in the old west since this was the shooting location for several western films. We camped at the campground on site which presented an awesome sunset and amazing...More

Stay in the Navajo hotel at the top of the valley if you get the chance. Food and views are great, and all of the rooms face the valley so you can kick back on your balcony and watch the sun set.

Beautiful rock formations in the desert. Suggest strongly that you take the tour jeep from the Park instead of driving on the unpaved road yourself.

Monument Valley is an incredible place but all these reviews are listed iunder the wrong city. If you are planning a trip to the Valley and look around Window Rock, you won't be able to find it. The Valley is actually located on the Arizona/Utah...More

There are several different tours (horses, trucks) to take advantage of with varying lengths. Tripadvisor is a great place to research this. I do think they would enjoy. It is a beautiful place.
