It’s a very beautifully landscaped water park that’s super-clean. There are many areas where you can be alone and other areas with scores of people.

This place is know for its natural thermal waters. It’s got various pools for all ages. Nice place to visit with the family. They also have an area that mimics the waves. Sadly we went towards the end of August and everything was closed except the 2 main pools. They also close early which is also a downfall. The place was pretty empty which we enjoyed. The pool towards the back can get very deep and an awesome place for those who love to dive. The water feels so good. The front pool (kids area) was more dirty. So we stayed in the back due to the cleanliness. The bathroom area was big but the changing rooms had no light and small. No restaurants open so bring food and drinks during their off season. I took pictures but somehow I can’t find any of them. 😩

This place has magic: the surroundings, the view of the mountain, the abundance of plants, trees, flowers, the water! There is enjoyment for everyone in the family. As a child, I loved being here and I used to swim in the different pools. Now as an adult, I love to just relax and renew my spirit from feeling the breeze, looking at the trees and hearing the birds sing. If you decide to stay overnight, you have a choice to take a room in the house or the hotel. I prefer the house, however my friends choose the hotel. The night sky is amazing as you can see the constellations. I highly recommend taking a swing very early in the morning (first pool) and enjoy the steam that arises from the water. You will be so relaxed, as you will be by yourself, hear the birds and watch the blue crisp sky. It is an amazing feeling!

Someone once built a beautiful swimming pool that used the warm spring waters. Great idea. Beautiful pools with waves, water toys, slides. Spa water without chemicals. I consider this complex to be one of the best designed complexes. Hotels and camping have been built around, allowing easy access. Unfortunately, design and construction are not everything, you also need to take care of it. Half of the washroom don't work, toilets are broken, showers are broken, swimming pools have no water, the slides don't work everything is going to ruin. So sad. We pay 480 pesoss(2 people) per night for camping and entry to the swimming pool. Unfortunately, we had no choice, it was almost 6 o'clock and driving in the dark on unfamiliar roads is not very wise. In addition: they told us that they give us discount 50 %. so the whole price would be around 1000 pesos ? wow !!!

The experience with the staff is disastrous, they made me charges that I did not authorize, they are rude to the little ones and always ask for tips for everything, the facilities are very dirty and the food is in very poor condition, the manager is a mocking despot.

We deposited them by mistake and they refuse to return the money to us. They are scammers and thieves. I do not recommend it
