Just went riding around the area and ended up at the dam. Really nice place to,park and look. They have history panels set up to tell about the dam. Really interesting.

A very nice recreational area on the outskirts of Bentonville/Rogers area. Stayed at one of the campgrounds which are well maintained and reasonably priced. We didn't go fishing but seems to be a popular place to go for it.

It's fun to ride across the dam, and there is a nice overlook where you can view the dam and the lake from. It's also a nice road, as are most in the area; it was a fun stop on our motorcycle trip.

Beaver Lake is beautiful. We go down there once a year. Go by the Rocky Branch School (one-room schoolhouse) - experience some history in the hills of Arkansas

Anytime we're in Arkansas we make a point to go to the lake multiple times a day; sunrise and sunset mandatory!

Beautiful area!! Lake was really high and they had the flood gates open which was breathtaking! Area is very clean and the viewing pavilion gives a lot of history and facts about the dam

Oh, and we purchased it directly from an Army Corps of Engineers park ranger. That's the issuing agency. Hope this helps.
