The statue is tall, and the best part of this attraction. They had a Nativity Scene indoor display, which was disappointing. We stopped in the gift shop to use the rest room. The clerk was nice. We peeked our heads into the Jerusalem village... Hopefully, it is better during the season. This place is most famous for their passion play,... More

It was our first time in Eureka Springs. I was told this is a must see attraction. It was easy to find and nicely located. Upon arrival the staff met us at the gate. They were extremely nice and informative. We visited in December and some of the buildings were closed. The gift shop and Jerusalem church were open. The... More

Great Passion Play theme park offers this massive attraction 24/7 free to all. We also saw the slab of the Berlin Wall and a replica of the Liberty Bell along the road. The creator and his wife, who are buried within the shadow cast by their mighty Messiah. The statue is nearly 70 feet tall and overlooks Eureka Springs with... More

Just to see this statue in the distance is something else, but to stand beneath it, we'll, that is when you realize just how big it really is.

Just by chance, I happened to see the "Christ of the Ozarks" head peeking out across the valley. Ventured over to have a closer look and discovered an amazing place. Bible Museum. So many religions represented. It was beautiful.

The statue is a bit odd looking, but a great place to swing by and view if in Eureka Springs for the day or weekend. There is a nice lookout, plenty of photo opportunities, and a bit of history on site near the statue. In the gift shop, there is also a Bible museum that is really impressive. Bibles from... More

I am not particularly religious and had no interest in going here but my partner insisted we not miss this piece of Americana. From the pictures, I had found the statue unattractive. It is not quite as bad in person. You can take some good photos in front of it. You see it from many vantages in Eureka Springs so... More
