It was awe inspiring to see the geyser take off. We were able to see it erupt every 7 minutes. There are several other geysers at this site. Great experience.

Everyone is standing around with iPhones poised to capture the geyser spraying every few minutes, then they crowd into the tourist complex to have a quick overpriced lunch. There's so much to see in Iceland - in retrospect this could easily be skipped. At least...More
The geysers were fantastic and spouted every ten minutes and we were lucky to catch big one. The restaurant on the site was great with really good food, we enjoyed a home made soup and then wild salmon with vegetables really great food and worth...More
An amazing experience to see such great natural forces. Even with children it is a good place. If you want to get close, remember to have a raincoat
Watch for the wind if you are standing very close to take the photo of the splash. I see people running and screaming when the hot water pour on them. Try schedule this after the Gullfoss, it is a great place for lunch and shop.
I have never seen a geyser, let alone a spewing one in my life. My first experience with the geyser was fun because I ended up getting wet. Overall, it was extremely cool and I would definitely recommend this as a must-see for any tourist...More
what an amazing waterfall! its huge...on a sunny day there was a double rainbow...it is just stunning to walk around the waterfall
I love the place during Summer, with all the blue flowers, the green grass, but also during Winter with the snow recovering everything. The geyser erupts very often every 6 or 10 minutes.
