I love Lake Fayetteville! I run it all the time, as it gives a great 5.25 mile loop paved option PLUS non-paved. For a small community, there's quite a bit of space and things to do (disc golf, softball fields, volleyball courts, etc.). Quite a...More

We live across the street so many hours are spent over at the lake either running, road biking or mountain biking. Also hiked the trail a few times. It's like our back yard so it's home for us. City just does a fantastic job maintaining...More

Not often do you find a foot, bike path that goes around the city lake. They had plenty of the area and markers every .25 miles.

At the dam you can catch a limit on jigs fishing right there on the bank. No need to fire up the boat and roam around the lake.

Both. You have to have a valid state fishing license, and then you can buy a fishing permit for Lake Fayetteville. Thank you! Lake Fayetteville Management
