The waterfall is nice to watch, and to feel the fresh air that surround it. The acces is ok, from the main road you will have to walk for about 500 m. One should try the Tradițional pancakes served by a lady in the nearby house...just read the sign, on the right facing the waterfall

The location is just great: waterfall, landscape and village , also many other attractions (museums, nature). There is an touristic information point in the village (probable active only summer time during students vacation) to guide you to attraction; access by car to waterfall difficult (very narrow roads), no parking area.

If you look on the map, this waterfall is located in the heart of Apuseni Mountains, near Mount Hen (1486 meters) so famous, in the village of Avram Iancu. It has a drop of only 18 meters and lies near Câmpeni - the capital of Motilor Country (Mihoieşti) towards Avram Iancu village in the administrative district of which is reserve... More

Been here on a foggy morning. The fresh air can be so clear and clean that your lungs will thank you! Very accessible by car of foot, the area is pretty and the height of the waterfall is also impressive. Look for the signs, it is signaled in multiple places. It can be a bit confusing, but you can safely... More

Not a long walk from the road (there is parking anywhere) this is a magnificent waterfall. Best visited during the spring or autumn when the water debit is bigger. Suitable for small children and pets. Don't forget to check out the "Snail Hill" nearby just by the main road.

The Pisoaia waterfall was frozen when we got there, and only a thread of water was still flowing. It looks amazing and if you manage to get to its very bottom (right in front of it), you can see incredible ice shapes. The access was quite difficult due to the snow and ice, and because there is no path up... More

Went there since I was a child, almost every year. Not only the Waterfall is great but also the whole view! Before you arrive to the waterfall you can see the Snail heal which is really interesting palaeontological protected area. It's a MUST SEE :)

A really nice place in Apuseni, near Vidra, a little bit difficult to find ... but the scenery worth the effort!
