Beautiful castle, one of the most modern in Eastern Europe. They have central heating, vacuum cleaners, plumbing, and a sunroof! Stunning wood carvings,and paintings. You cannot take pictures with flash and if you do take pictures there is about $20 fee. It's worth it though....More

amazing and so beautiful from the outside and the inside. the gardens and the view are breath taking. but the line is long and many visitors so you should come early, if you come from Bucharest by train is just one hour to each side....More
Visits are by guided tours only and you will be told off for wandering off on your own and also for photography except in a couple of rooms. Very opulent palace.
Well worth a visit to this splendid castle. The exterior is quite stunning and the interior very interesting. Y tip would be to get there as early as possible as it gets busy
