Pretty arches which are nice to look at when driving into town from the north(west) - but don't forget to pay attention to the traffic in the round-a-bout. Not really worth going out of your way to see it, but if you stumble upon it, it is a pretty photo opportunity :-)

A nice gateway in the middle of a roundabout, but there is so much more to see in the town, so don't hover too long!

This is really nothing to get excited about unless you've never seen a brick arch before. If you happen upon it whilst walking round town stop and look, maybe take a photograph, but don't make a special effort.

You don't need to make a special trip to see this. Head to the Tuesday market behind the bullring & you'll see all you need to.

This is a really LOVELY Entrance into the Town of Antiquera. There are lots of places of interest nearby too. Lovely gardens, and also a lovely Bullring too. Markets also take place here on a regular basis and are quite big but I can not remember on what days they are, sorry :/

Beautiful structure in the city center of Antequera. Lite up at night it is very impressive. Don't visit the city for dinner on a Sunday night if you will be needing a taxi home. Taxis don't exist on Sunday evenings! Took us over an our to get one!

Wonderful architecture and is in the centre of a busy roundabout. Take care with small children, close to a lovely kids park.

. It's not the real thing, I'm afraid! The original, built in 1749 with a central arch for carriages and two lateral arches for pedestrians, was knocked down in 1931 because cars couldn't get through it easily. Good gracious, what a reason! However in 1998 they had the clever idea of reconstructing it according to the original design, and using... More

The Estepa Gate is beautiful and is at the entrance to the Alameda de Andalucía, which is one of the principal streets downtown. The base of the gate is planted with beautiful small plants with flowers, so it is a very colorful place.
