Very distinctive and interesting landmark on the seafront. It was very useful to help find my hotel. Also a nice piece of art.

If you are passing it you might give it a second glance. it's just about worth the second glance. IMHO should not be listed as an attraction.

Interesting modern art. Very tall and easy to get your bearings along the lengthy promenade. Great spot for pictures. At nite the round ball part seems to glow orange with the promenade lights shining through...like a giant sun.

This is an iconic piece of sculpture, one of many along the 7 kilometre stretch of beachside walkway. It pays homage to the peseta and makes an ideal backdrop for the holiday snap.

I remember when it was put up just down from the hotel Yaramar. My kids always had fun running in and out of its little arches. Was out here when we changed from Ptas to euros.
