My Grandchildren loved the donkey Sanctuary. It is free to enter & they provide special food for you to feed the animals, which is also free. Most people take food to give the staff for the animals purely to help the Sanctuary.. The pot bellied...More

in response to Sueyorkshirelass...clearly has not GRASPED the concept of the sanctuary, it is a refuge for abused animals that has no help financially from the Spanish government or local businesses. They do a sterling job looking after these poor animals and give their own...More

Worth a visit to support the sanctuary. Entrance fee goes toward a bucket of feed for you to give to the hungry animals. Not a slick operation but the people working there seem to really care and keen to engage visitors. Just one tip... don't...More

We paid a visit to the donkey sanctuary as it was so highly recommended. It's a very sad place, but very uplifting at the same time. There is a theoretical €2 entry 'donation' to the place but no one seemed to be collecting money at...More

Lots of cute animals to see including fluffy donkeys! But beware you will want to take them home! Also dogs, puppies, pot bellied pigs and horses!

Today we went to the donkey sanctuary and loved every minute of it! Donated and sponsored a donkey on behalf of our 14 month old son. The volunteers do an amazing job. In reference to the earlier reviewer who gave one star and said this...More
