Disgusted with the stinginess of the arcade. My daughter was playing on one of the claw machines and she successfully got one in the claw. It carried it all the way to the shoot until the shaking of the claw made the drop more like a toss. The item bounced off the shoot and into the arcade beside it. We asked if it still counted and they said no. We spent over £10 trying to get one. I'm very angry at how that was handled and I find it to be rather disgusting. O won't be going near there again!

Family of 5 £5 each to fritter away frivolously
Look what we won... well, really, it was me I won them all!!
My family/kids were useless and very envious but what can I say... I have a skill that I never knew I had & another to add to my list...I’m a legend
The staff were lovely especially the 6 ft 4 inch grey bearded Adonis who swapped without complaint a sparkly aeroplane for tinkerbell...thank you

Popped in with the family and changed up £10 and shared it out. My 8 year old hit the 2p machines and seemed to go through a pounds worth quite quickly. Never mind, I thought, I'll win her a soft toy on a grab machine as I never fail. Well blow me if I didn't grab and lift a soft toy every time only to see the grabs physically open whe it reached the top. So I put in another pund and filmed it and then went and spoke to one of the workers attending the machine only to be told that's what the machines are programmed to do. He went on to say that theywill eventually keep hold of the soft toy once the machine is satisfied enough money has been inserted.....it's called odds apparently. He also pointed out that all the machines has a sign pointing out that it's a game of skill and odds! £10 spent and not a single item to show for it across the family was extremely odd from any arcade.
However, all was not lost on our holiday in Wells; my wife reminded me that last time we used the other arcade next to the Fish & Chip shops and got loads so the following evening we tried it again. Yes, we did wellin there and even went back the following night.......kids had a blast, I got two soft toys and kids came out with sweets and all sorts. So, won't be taking my family anywhere near the Pop Inn Amusements ever again........now who looses!!! :)

This Arcade has something for everyone, Great games, but the quality of the prizes are far better than what you would expect from similar attractions i.e 90% of the cuddly prizes are Keel Toys and the others are of similar quality and include Disney.
