Place to watch gannets in there thousands. Either from North Berwick or at Tantallon Castle. There are boat trips from North Berwick but sea can be rough and boats are rather small, not for reluctant sailors.

Went on a boat trip with the Seabird Centre. Stunning (and a bit intimidating) to be surrounded by tens of thousands of gannets. Got some great photos. Take some tissues in case you get splattered!

This is my photo, taken from Tantallon Cstle which is the best spot, on land, for photography. It was taken with a Sigma 70-300 lens and blown up on my computer. You can take more closeups from a boat.........but it was too windy when we...More

Watch the fascinating gannets diving into the sea from a great height. The young gannets are such fun to watch. Don't be put off by the smell. You will love it.
